 In the comments screen, listed comments author may display a "URL" which
 is the value entered in the "Website" field when posting a comment:

 [[Image(https://cldup.com/D6LjLvWCzy.png)]]

 Before displaying this author "URL", a simple regex takes care of
 replacing the `http://` part and the `www.` (if any) but, as you can see
 in the screenshot, doesn't take into account `https`.

 Additionally, would be nice to remove also the trailing slash and the
 title attribute that just repeats the same information.
