 Hi @ocean90,

 I'm also noticing it in 4.2.3 and 4.2.4.

 So it seems to be an issue with Chrome v44 and v45, which means this needs
 to be looked into, as it is getting past Chrome's bug reporting system and
 even into actual releases. So it could be either a WordPress or Chrome
 issue; my concern is, it makes it quite difficult to navigate the admin
 area.
