Comment:

 Once we have an updated design that addresses the user testing analysis
 (https://make.wordpress.org/design/2015/03/15/usability-testing-theme-
 switcher/), I can do a new patch. Let's make this a priority for the
 Customizer for 4.3.

 The only change I'd propose as of now would be adding a back arrow back to
 the top-level as a way to address users thinking that they needed to save
 & publish within every section. I believe we'd also still need to
 implement breadcrumbs, if we want to do that based off of @folletto's
 latest design here.
