Comment:

 Attached patch is nothing more than a proof of concept for now, many
 things are to be reviewed (naming conventions for example). In the patch:
 - new method to add accessibility related information in `class WP_Screen`
 - new labels for posts and taxonomies
 - new hidden headings to improve accessibility in all the List Table
 screens
