 Hi DrewAPicture,
 While I struggled with this problem over the past couple of months, I met
 up with Wesley, a talented programmer, on a WordPress forum. He took me
 under his wing and solved several issues I had in transitioning to
 BlueHost and running WordPress. He solved it and I can't really tell you
 how. But I will let him know of your response, and maybe he can tell you.
 Thanks for your attention. I have upgraded to v. 4.2 and his solutions for
 blog continuation pages still run. Thanks for your attention to this
