 when I have set my
 WP_CONTENT_URL constant as http://site.tld/wp-content
 WP_HOME as http://site.tld
 WP_SITEURL as https://site.tld

 I expect to have only http urls, scripts and images on frontend but after
 updating WP I'm getting https image urls instead. I'm using https only in
 admin for better protection.
