 Previously in the Link Text box on the Insert/edit link panel, it was
 possible to customise the text that appeared when the cursor rolls over
 the link - the link title.

 In 4.2, the only Link Text enabled is the actual text which is being
 linked; if I change the Link Text, it also changes the text in the blog.

 This applies to new links created post 4.2. Earlier links still display
 the rollover link text.
