 Performance Pack] right now to vastly improve localization performance,
 either using a pure PHP [http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/wp-performance-
 pack/trunk/modules/l10n_improvements/class.wppp_mo_dynamic.php MO reader]
 or native gettext if available without any core patching.
