 It looks like all of the deprecated warnings are caused by lingering PHP4
 constructors:

 > Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be
 constructors in a future version of PHP

 Are we OK with removing PHP4 constructors? I don't know if there is any
 other way to avoid the notice, but we've been keeping these for backward
 compatibility.
