 I wanted to change the place of  `/tmp` directory and defined WP_TEMP_DIR
 in wp-config.php,

 `define ('WP_TEMP_DIR', 'DIRECTORY PLACE FROM ROOT');`

 It's working for auto update, plugin update etc. But not for WordPress
 Importer plugin.
