 Steps to reproduce
 - Activate Twenty Fifteen
 - Live Preview Twenty Eleven
 - Add new header image and crop it
 - See that the image is large and distorted

 When you first select a new header image and are choosing where to crop
 it, everything looks good. Once you click crop and it shows the live
 preview, you can see that the image is the incorrect size.
