 In [31476] there was a change for 4.1 branch but for trunk it wasn't
 changed. See [30993] for reference when it was changed for trunk.

 In [31659] changelog was added for change in [31645] but it failed to
 mention that parameter was changed.

 In [31799] parameter `$return` was added but it wasn't added to changelog.

 (Also, according to [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/coding-
 standards/php/#yoda-conditions coding standards], comparison from this
 changeset should be changed)
