 I think we can skip changing the Recommended MySQL version.

 For those using MySQL 5.5, 99.997% are on 5.5.5+ with ~96%+ on 5.5.30+
 (There's currently 42 5.5 releases)

 The number of hosts running an initial release of 5.5 is so insignificant
 that adding the extra version level adds almost no extra context to a
 host, or end-user.
