 @helen I've refreshed the patch, as it wasn't applying cleanly anymore
 since the color was changed in `.notice-dismiss` in a different ticket. As
 for the issues that @miqrogroove is having, to me it looks like your
 browser has cached the old CSS and you should do a hard refresh to verify.
