 Hm, I'm not seeing these failures, either locally or on Travis https
 ://travis-ci.org/aaronjorbin/develop.wordpress/builds/56663074. Do you
 also get them on later versions of PHP? You don't by chance have an
 object-cache.php or db.php drop-in, do you? (Not that the tests *should*
 fail in that case, but it would at least be a starting place.)
