 Well, this solution is kind of the new DFW. By removing DFW I mean the
 current solution. No need to have separate code for a new toolbar (doesn't
 work well anyway; no tooltips, active state etc.), the editor switch,
 autoresizing...
 The the "merge" would be like remove DFW and start over. :)
