 Hi - I have the same problem! It's a big problem - wordpress 4.0! When I
 upload an image, nothing happens, but if I update the media library the
 image adds between 50 and 200 times in the media library and the whole
 site goes down. I have several sites live where it does not work. Any
 suggestions on how to improve it?
