 There are some weird UI fidgets happening with `.ogv` files, and when
 YouTube is the source for the `[video]` shortcode. In the past, when I
 have swept through Firefox, things seemed generally ok.

 This is a spike ticket for Firefox improvements specifically, but other
 browsers should be audited as well. If we need to make pull requests
 upstream to MEjs, we shall. Trunk is up to date with latest MediaElement:
 `2.15.1`
