 When you have a widget in a Widget area, the triangular arrow (indicating
 if the widget is open or closed) will not go back to its "closed" state
 (arrow down) if you close the widget using the "Close" link at the bottom
 left of the open widget.

 Issue does NOT occur when you close a widget by clicking on the title bar.

 Reproduce: in APPEARANCE - WIDGETS, open any widget in any widget area.
 Small arrow will change from down to up. Click on "Close" link (bottom
 left, next to "Delete" link). Arrow will not go back to down state and
 stay in "open" state, pointing up.
