Comment:

 We're going to 301 these to HTTPS soon enough. I'd rather avoid adding
 files to the release diff and partial builds if we don't need to.

 Also, I thought this message was in a help tab somewhere, but it's only
 ever seen in iOS 5 and below, which I imagine is an exceedingly low
 percentage of iOS installs.
