 It would be great to be able to have a drop down menu to choose the image
 sizes for galleries. In the same way one can choose the number of columns
 and where the images link to, being able to select the size makes sense.

 I found an easy way to implement this, although I'm not 100% sure that
 it's the correct place and don't know if the change affects anything else.

 I realized, that by adding just the drop down to its place, the setting is
 automatically applied to the TinyMCE, no extra JS required at all.
