 Why have you mentioned abspath? its too much different thing, then i have
 requested.
 ABSPATH is for php , to include file i.e.
 '''home/mysite/public_html/wp_dir'''/something_file.php

 and i want to get path for browsers, starting only with WP installed
 directory (maybe root, or maybe subfolder. if subfolder wp_dir, then i
 want:
 <img src="'''/wp_dir'''/something_file.png" />
