 Bienvenue Hubert!

 I was not able to re-create either of these issues on a fresh 4.0 install
 using the default themes. Looking at your screenshots for the second
 issue, I would guess that you have either a plugin or theme activated that
 is providing a custom editing experience. Please test these issues again
 on a fresh 4.0 install with no plugins and using one of the default
 (twenty*) themes.
