 When I hover over a link in a comment, a website preview shows up. This is
 a fine feature, but I really don't think it's appropriate for spam
 comments: I never want to accidentally see a preview of a link associated
 to a spam comment, but as is that happens to me frequently if my mouse
 happens to be in the wrong place.

 (I'm also not convinced that this behavior doesn't have security
 implications - I do think that there are security reasons not to navigate
 to malicious websites.)
