Comment:

 Something in this ticket made it so flipping between "Insert Media" and
 "Create Gallery" abruptly resizes the images, causing a flicker. I imagine
 this has to do with setColumns in JS. This is really jarring and not
 present in 3.9.

 Aslo, setColumns is no longer debounced when it is attached to a resize
 event, which is a weird change.
