 So, what's "disturbing" with my suggestion to scroll to the top of the
 page is that it brings back the title and slug fields back in view.
 Another solution could be to scroll to the "top of the editor", which can
 be defined by the bottom of the slug area. This should be invisible to the
 user, since the editor's toolbar is static, and should meet the height and
 position requirements of the sidebar.
