 I updated that ruleset to remove the border from the CSS, and from the
 customizer CSS since `border-color` isn't needed on an element that
 doesn't have the border.

 After discussion with other core devs, I went back to diffing from the
 root of develop, rather than inside `src`. Sorry I keep going back and
 forth, but this'll be the last time. :)
