 I think we should reconsider this; specifically, reconsider doing what
 [attachment:29979.5.diff] tries to do, mimicking the admin menu behavior.
 When the sidebar is slightly taller than the content window (especially
 notable on archive views), you end  up losing the sidebar pretty quickly.
 This is pretty awkward even on http://twentyfifteendemo.wordpress.com/.
 That was the first feedback I got from several people seeing the theme for
 the first time.
