 In Twenty Eleven, we only display the author bio on sites with multiple
 authors ([https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-
 content/themes/twentyeleven/content-single.php#L54 ref]). I think we
 should do the same in Twenty Fifteen.
