Chatted with Emil; adding .screen-reader-text to the required classes in
theme review.
This doesn't really make the problem simpler, unless we're willing to
consider that breaking people's sites who aren't implementing the class is
OK. It's still the case that we don't know whether the class is defined,
and therefore adding things like labels to the category dropdown will
simply show up. Theme support declarations would allow us to tell whether
we can add the label without impacting the theme.
