#30119: Incorrect Video Dimensions on Embedded YouTube Video in Firefox and Chrome

It would appear that a version of #27211 has cropped up again. Videos (at
least those from YouTube), which are automatically embedded by placement
on a separate line in the Text Editor, are rendered with incorrect
dimensions. The issue presents in Firefox and Chrome, but not in Safari
(I have not yet tested in IE). The issue doesn't appear to be limited to
videos rendered with Flash, though rendering with HTML5 doesn't seem to
ensure proper dimensions are passed (Firefox rendered with Flash and
incorrect dimensions, Chrome rendered with HTML5 and incorrect dimensions,
and Safari rendered with HTML5 and correct dimensions).
Additionally, the videos are not respecting the dimensions of elements
into which they are placed. As an example, the following page has a div
containing the first embedded YouTube video, and that div is limited to
40% of its parent element: http://individuals.healthreformquotes.com
/metal-levels/enhanced-silver/.
The example page is on a site which is using Jetpack, but has the
Shortcode Embeds addon disabled (the issue presents whether the addon is
enabled or disabled). There are no other plugins activated on the site
which should interfere in any way with embedded videos.
