 It's generally accepted ([http://www.paulirish.com/2009/avoiding-the-
 fouc-v3/ ref]) to do this inline in the document's `<head>` so that it
 takes effect instantly before anything is loaded. 30056.diff actually
 makes things worse by loading an extra javascript file, slowing down the
 site load.

 Patch incoming for the inline approach.
