 For visually impaired users who have difficulties with color or contrast
 perception, it is currently unclear that the menu links and the post links
 in the archive in Twenty Fifteen are links.  The change in color on
 hover/keyboard focus is quite subtle.

 Adding an underline on hover/focus would make it much clearer that these
 are links.
