Reverting the title change, as "breaks some sites" doesn't actually add
anything to the ticket (example: most "bug" tickets on Trac, "break some
sites"). It's been a long time since 3.3 and very few people either
apparently have had this problem, or taken the time to report its a
problem. In this case, WordPress seems to be working as it was designed to
do. In the case of the user, its just started to actually work as intended
after the priority was changed. Recommend close on basis of invalid
