 twenty-fifteen.4.php does not seem to work as I expected.. It is adding
 the scrollbar when the sidebar is larger than the content. One other thing
 we will need to add is checking that the screen width is greater than the
 mobile breakpoint. So that we are not doing anything on mobile.
