 Users are unable to upload media files via the WP Admin. Also, the
 existing uploads will not render to the screen.

 In troubleshooting I noticed that "plupload.full.min.js" is loaded as an
 empty file. Various javascript errors follow, such as:
 "net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH media-new.php:44"

 I was able to create a workaround by forcing the admin-header.php file to
 include the script "plupload.full.min.js" through a standard <script>
 include.
