 In content-search.php, `the_excerpt()` is used to output excerpts in the
 search listing. For auto-excerpts, Core adds `[...]`. Manual excepts lack
 this or another visual indicator that there is additional content behind
 the listing.

 In Twenty Ten and Twenty Eleven, manual excerpts added a "Continued
 Reading" link. #13361 I didn't find a discussion on the lack of in Twelve,
 Thirteen, Fourteen.

 Attaching patch that adds a Continued Reading link. The CSS already
 includes the fix from #27908.
