 We might need to squeeze this into 4.1, as Twenty Fifteen implements
 colorschemes in a way that desperately begs for this. We'll see if it's
 feasible to get it patched in time, given our two other big high-priority
 Customizer API tickets that are still in progress/waiting for commit:
 #28709 and #29572. See #29988.
