 Cool stuff so far, found some issues. Happy to commit this if these and
 #28504 are fixed.

 * Panel icon overlays panel title, see [attachment:29949-stray-icon.png]
 * Panel arrow icon is misplaced on hover, see [attachment:29949-misplaced-
 panel-arrow.png]
 * If the Customizer is collapsed the preview is cut of by  48px (width of
 the collapsed Customizer). In Twenty Fourteen you can see this because the
 menu icon is missing, see [attachment:29949-48px-are-missing.png]
 * The collapse link label is always Preview, see [attachment:29949
 -missing-collapse.png]
