Comment:

 Core trac isn't for answering such questions, these belongs either in the
 [https://wordpress.org/support/ support forums] or feel free to comment on
 one of our posts or pages on [http://make.wordpress.org/core/ make/core].

 As soon as a feature plugin which will be integrated into core and we know
 it will cause some trouble it will be disabled, see #26334 for MP6.

 And yes, ff a feature plugin is hosted on the .org repo, it will be
 available via the beta tab.
