 Z-index on #wpadminbar is `99999` for devices larger than 782px, but
 [[https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.0/src/wp-includes/css
 /admin-bar.css#L748|drops to 500]] for narrower devices.

 This leads to issues like in the screenshot I'll attach.

 We should keep the z-index high here, no?
