 I think it would be very interesting to WordPress, if he would use the
 [http://momentjs.com/ Moment.js] library to display dates.

 With that we could display the date in the locale of the site visitor
 format.
 So we would have a product more and more globalized.

 We could also use the [http://momentjs.com/timezone/ Moment.js Timezone]
 to display the values ​​directly in the user's timezone. Thus, some
 confusion that the user could do with respect to some date displayed,
 would be remedied.

 And with the use of these libraries, we would have 2 settings unless in
 WP-Admin for the user to worry about.
