 The good news (or bad news?) is that I can't duplicate with a PHP 5.2 VM,
 although it's entirely possible it's related to your config.

 I've tested with:
 - PHP 5.2.17-0.dotdeb.0
 - libcurl/7.21.0 OpenSSL/0.9.8o zlib/1.2.3.4 libidn/1.15 libssh2/1.2.6
 - OpenSSL 0.9.8g 19 Oct 2007
