 There are 2 similar strings, do we need them both (see patch)? Part of
 removed string also does not make sense "will become the header", better
 is "will be applied to the header", I guess.

 And other minor note: One of these string is shown twice in Color section
 for Customizer (for both settings), maybe once would be enough (as section
 description)?
