 Hi @chrischee18, thanks for the bug report.

 In 4.1 the `accesskey` attributes were removed from the Quicktag buttons.
 The problem is they are quite buggy in most browsers, see #29358. They
 have accessibility problems. Also there are two instances of Quicktags on
 the Edit Post screen and having two buttons with the same accesskey fails
 badly.
