@theMikeD From what I can tell, you've only added the ability to display
the bottom level and not the parent tree if you pass in an ID. Shouldn't
this truly be the opposite of `parent`? For example, the docs would read
like this if it were:

> (''integer'') Get direct parents of this term (only terms whose explicit
child is this value). If 0 is passed, only bottom-level terms are
returned. Default is an empty string.
