 There was Czech version of WordPress 4.0 on website.
 Website was automatically updated during night to WordPress 4.0.1 (English
 version).
 Now, there are notices and buttons that I can re-install and download
 WordPress-4.0.1-cs_CZ. But this version does not exist yet. There should
 be links to original English version in this case, I guess...
