Comment:

 This has some back-compat issues. Can make the editor font very large when
 the user has increased the default font size in the browser settings and
 additionally zooms-in the screen. Also some themes set the font on the
 html element to a large value in editor-style.css which is then overridden
 by the default style.

 Both of these are fixed by changing the default font size from 100% to
 16px.
