 Thanks for the report joesphorr.

 This appears to be a problem with your theme, "ps212". It's calling
 `add_submenu_page()` but missing the fifth parameter.

 Can you activate the default theme and confirm that the error goes away?
 If so, you'll need to report the problem with the developer of the "ps212"
 theme.
