 Most South-east Asian languages such as Khmer, Lao and Burmese still have
 limited & unreliable support across platforms. To make the matter worse,
 one or more non-standard encodings are still in wide-spread use on the
 web, which makes the core wordpress inaccessible without specifying the
 font explicitly.

 So, I really recommend adding web fonts/font specifications in the core,
 so that the users can start using wordpress straightaway after
 installation without any extra actions.
